摘要
Meant for a virtual global audience, this litany was developed in April 2020 during the initial days of the still unabated onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this litany, Meoshia A. Wilson, a student at the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC, seeks to weave together learnings gained from a course on world religions into a meaningful spiritual format relevant for our multireligious world. She makes use of a variety of sources, including various English translations of scriptural texts, the lecture notes of Professor Sathianathan Clarke - the coordinator of the course, and practical experiences gained during visits to religious places. As intended by the author, we have retained the diverse translations of biblical texts that the author has made use of at different points in the litany in order to capture the uniqueness that each translation conveys.
