摘要
Amorpha fructicosa L. is a perennial plant and typically found on roadsides or in waste places in Korea. Enzyme electrophoresis was employed to assess genetic diversity and divergence in the populations of the species. Five of the 10 loci resolved (50%) were polymorphic in at least one of the 8 populations, Genetic diversity at the species level and at the population level was high (Hes = 0.254; Hep = 0.205), However, the mean heterozygosities for populations tend to be higher than those expected by Hardy -Weinberg equation value (Hep = 0.205). The proportion of total genetic variation due to differences among populations (GST) ranged from 0.0548 (for Pgd-1) to 0.2370 (for ldh-2). An indirect estimate of gene flow (Nm = 1.36) indicates genetic drift is not seemed to play a major role in shaping genetic structure.
