摘要：
The EU fifth framework research programme Launched in 1999 emphasises the socio-economic relevance of scientific research to the European public through specific dedicated key actions. With respect to agriculture, forestry acid fisheries this implies the targeting of resources towards the development of truly sustainable and competitive systems. Targeting will be achieved through extensive European networks and research clusters with measurable deliverables.
