摘要
Taking the social and national's demands for the compound talents as the guiding ideology, a 2-year experiment is made on the basis of the training pattern of compound talents under the Medical Reform. The results indicate that the physical teachers have switched from the traditional teaching thoughts to the new ideas of improving teaching quality from the scientific research. The experiment assists to expand the knowledge framework of students, solve the problems related to physique and injury, helps students catch hold of the methods of health care, train students' ability to be quasi-doctor, quasi-teacher and quasi-researchers, prepare them to work in P.E. institutes and universities, which follows the development of the society and satisfies students' needs for their future employment. From the experiment, it is found that students' health is substantially built up. There exists a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01) between the students in experimental class and those in comparative class in VC, 800-Metre and 1000-metre race, grip, and a standing jump, except for the height and weight. Recently there have more than 20 students in the experimental class enrolled to be the postgraduate students in some physical and medical colleges. This number is increasingly rising. The experiment also promotes the development of the combination of physics and medicine. This research methods and stages might be a guide for the physical education in colleges. The teaching mode and the achievements from the study set a good example and offer an objective basis for the education of the medical colleges, which not only generates a new job opportunity for medical majors, but provides enough human resources to protect the health of people, and solves the problems of lack of the health resources and high medical expenses.
