摘要：

The aim of this research is to study the integration of graduates of Management and Business Administration in the labor market. We focus on exploring the training needs and abilities that companies require facing the challenges of a growing competitive environment. We perform a survey to public and private companies who use Universa services of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zaragoza. We get useful conclusions to improve the employability of our students, since we examine modes of entry of labor market as well as features looked for companies currently.
