摘要：

The structure elucidation of natural products, relies heavily on the application of proton detected heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy. Systematic assignment of proton and carbon signals of a natural product can be firmly established by examination of DEPT, COSY, NOESY, HMBC and HSQC measurements. Reported here is the product of the reaction of papaverine with 2,4,5-trimethoxy-alpha-bromo-acetophenone being 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-8,9-dimethoxy-2-(2,4,5-trimetho-xyphenyl)pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline (1). This system is the skeleton of Lamerallin H and its derivatives, which exhibit interesting and significant biological properties. The structure of was clearly elucidated by examination of its IR, MS, and NMR (H-1, C-13, DEPT-135, COSY, NOESY, TOCSY, HMBC and HSQC) spectra.
