摘要
On the basis of the results from the measurement, the real amount of the delivered heat to locals in multi-family buildings located in Lublin for needs of the heating and the hot water preparation, are fixed. For the analysis three buildings, were chossen. The building A was equipped with heating system with two-functional housing-thermal stations, supplied by the heat exchanger, from the district heating network. In the building B in every flat the two-functional gas boiler, supplying heating factor to the distributor multidistrict-installation of the central heating, were installed. The building C has the traditional central heating installation with the bottom distribution, supplied from the district heating network. The hot water is prepared in this case individually with the utilization of gas boiler. For these solutions of the installation, individual costs for heating energy, paid by inhabitants, were defined. In the analysis of the costs accounting the attention was paid on: the location of the flat in building structure, the phenomenon of interhousing-heat flows and on the influence of thermorenovation works, which limit heat losses from the building envelopes. Also the costs of the heat supplied by district heating network and from natural gas in heating season 2007/2008,were compared.
