We designed a new bag-carrier device system for continuous intravenous hyperalimentation, The patient carries it on his shoulder and can both wall; up and dawn stairs and go out. The use of this device is simple and easy, and was found to increase the patient's opportunity to engage in physical activity. (C)Elsevier Science Inc. 1997.
