摘要
To explore safety risk mechanism in prefabricated buildings (PB) construction and effectively prevent its risks, this paper studies the mechanism of safety risk in PB construction based on GT-SEM. First of all, take Grounded Theory (GT) to identify the risk factors of the construction safety of the PB, and establish a conceptual model of the risk factors; then, through the questionnaire survey combined with the factor analysis, collect data and filter the risk factors, and explore the correlation between the risk factors; finally, use Structural Equation Model (SEM) reveals the path of each risk factor to construction safety. The results show that the conceptual model of construction safety risk factors for PB includes five categories of risk factors: personnel, management, mechanical equipment and technology, materials, and environment, and 36 specific risk items; the relationship between the five categories of risk factors and their impact on construction safety. The effect coefficients of risk are all significant, and the path factor of management factors is the largest, and the correlation between personnel factors and management factors is the most significant.
