We show some new variations on Tasoev's continued fractions [GRAPHICS] where the periodic parts include the exponentials in k instead of the polynomials in k. We also mention some relations with other kinds of continued fractions, in particular, with Rogers-Ramanujan continued fractions. (C) 2004 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
