摘要
ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is an emergency condition which needed prompt treatment. Currently, primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is the gold standard treatment for STEMI. However, even in the reperfusion era,1 acute coronary syndrome (ACS) still accounted for half of all cardiovascular deaths.2 Knowledge of risk factors for short- and long-term mortality in this population is essential to create personalize treatment. © 2019 ediZioni Minerva MediCa
