摘要
We have measured the extraordinary Hall effect in thin films of the itinerant ferromagnet SrRuO3 as a function of temperature. We find that the extraordinary Hall effect constant R-s cannot be fit with R-u = a rho + b rho(2); instead, it can be described as R-s approximate to cT(5) + bp(2) where T is temperature and rho is resistivity, (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
