摘要
The energy problem is a crucial issue of the day for the policy makers in the electric system reform in China. The sustainable development of energy enterprises is closely related to the sustainable development of society. The aim of this thesis is try to find a sustainable equilibrium to satisfy the economic, environmental, and social demand of an electric power generation. In this paper, the authors properly develop the external environmental cost into the whole life cycle cost (LCC) for the electric power generation, and discover the current abuse of the energy strategy. The results suggest that the environmental cost plays an important role in the economy analysis of the electric power generation, which may affect significantly the energy policy in the future.
