摘要
The set of human resource management indicators presented here shows how 'soft facts' concerning human resources and leadership can be measured and related to a company's financial success. Companies are challenged by international competition, forcing them to make full use of the intellectual potential incorporated in their workforce. The proposed set of human resource management indicators points out the relevance of strategic investment in human capital and the necessity of an efficient utilization of this investment. It transforms these issues into value-based driving forces which enable management to gain competitive advantage in a process of continuous improvement by making best use of its human resources.
