摘要
The article intends to account for the importance of internal point of view to understand the concept of law, having into account Raz's distancing regarding Hart on this issue, to whom he concedes conceptual primacy. In this sense, for the legal systems' conceptual analysis, the epistemic privilege conferred to internal point of view articulates with the conception of rules as exclusive reasons.
