摘要
Dietetics in Traditional Chinese Medizine or five element nutrition is a part of Traditional Chinese Medizin (TCM), a special type of ancient Chinese art of healing, adapted to western Europe and united states circumstances. Part I of the article describes the historical background and basic principles of TCM. Educational and scientific societies in Europe which focus on TCM were listed.
