摘要
In this paper valuable integrated system of GIS and optimization control model is developed by secondary development of GIS as well as integrated study on the optimizational model. of energy structure and air pollution control model. This system, has such parts as data collection system, analyzing system and decision system. It can be adopted in, study of the optimization of urban energy structure and air pollution control so that it will improve urban sustainable development.
