摘要
The television system is a product of the combination of the safety protection technique with the technique of automation of electric power dispatch. The function of the television system is not just copying the safety protection technique into an electric power system. Only when the television information is combined with the EMS information to perform further analysis and processing, will. more significant results be obtained. Centered on this consideration, the functions and structure of the substation in question are proposed, various kinds of substation information is analyzed, the method for realizing integrated transmission of substation information is proposed and the concept of combining television information with the EMS information for analysis, processing, monitoring and control is expounded.
