The change of strategic management of enterprise caused by finance crisis

At present, the problem caused by the financial crisis has made a great number of enterprises bankrupt. Therefore, how to alleviate or even avoid the financial crisis impact on enterprises through changes in strategic management of firms has become an issue which many leaders stress. The passage use the PEST method to analyze the phenomenon of macro-environment.[3]Along with the development of the financial crisis, this article point that, SMEssmall- and medium-sized enterprises should understand the origin and the influence of financial crisis. And SMEs should re-position for themselves, not just confine to lower the cost of labor, but should focus on its R&D. procurement, marketing, distribution and so on.
