In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, market competition is increasingly fierce. In order to reduce the cost of logistics, many companies hope to outsource logistics service. However, for the choice of third party logistics companies, the departments within the enterprise also face various game. To solve this issue, the paper will use analytic hierarchy process to get the model parameters, which is on the basis of establishing the Nash equilibrium model. Finally, the enterprise is able to make a choice intuitively by comparing relevant data.
