摘要
Construction industry has become an important trade with strategic significance on national construction and development of the national economy, so it is important to take hold of the trend of the construction enterprise through comprehensive evaluation of multiobjective. In this paper we first put forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of construction enterprise performance, and give a multiobjective comprehensive evaluation approach based on fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Then we discuss the fuzzy operation model under the different evaluation principle, the weight coefficient confirming method and evaluation matrix subjection degree. Finally a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
