摘要
Threat analysis is an important field to promote enterprises' core competitive abilities and to keep continuous development. It is not a crisis before some sudden changes happen to bring enterprises loss and it is only a threat. Threat is a potential crisis in some degree, however not all threats will grow up to become crises. Before loss can be seen, they look just like common and necessary parts in an organization and in normal operating procedure. This paper takes these parts as threats indicated in many managing books. Here, Group decision-making strategy is used to deal with threats based on the characteristics of the decision-making procedure. Advantages of group decision-making strategy are also concluded. To make a decision, AHP is considered to get a meaningful and credible result. To exhibit the role of managers, system cluster is used to classify experts involved in decision-making procedure. An event of a key engineer's dismissing is analyzed to illustrate the decision-making procedure. It proves the efficiency of this idea and AHP method too.
