摘要
With the rapid growth of economic globalization, the technical standards (TSs) are evolving into an important instrument applied in the global area, they have become the forefront of industrial competition. Chinese manufacturing industry (MI) should passively accept various TSs established by developed countries in the international trade as a result of the low level of TSs. According to the status quo, the existing problems in Chinese MI and their causations is investigated in this paper. To realize Chinese MI's TSs strategy, the strategy of restructuring management system should be fulfilled immediately, also TSs strategy should be integrated with IPRs (intellectual property rights) strategy and technological innovation (TI) strategy. It is the only way to change China from "a big manufacturing country" to "a strong manufacturing country" as soon as possible by making Chinese TSs internationalization strategy come true shortly.
