ANALYSIS OF P-SV WAVE BANDS IN ONE-DIMENSIONAL PIEZOELECTRIC/PIEZOMAGNETIC PHONONIC CRYSTALS

摘要
On the basis of two-dimensional (2D) elasticity of piezoelectric and piezomagnetic materials and the state space formalism, the method of reverberation-ray matrix (MRRM) combined with the Floquet-Bloch theorem as an alternative method are proposed for the analysis of P-SV wave bands in 1D phononic crystals made of transversely isotropic piezoelectric and piezomagnetic materials. Numerical examples are given to validate our proposed method and to show the general properties of P-SV waves in 1D piezoelectric-piezomagnetic phononic crystals. It is concluded that our proposed MRRM is uniform in formulation and suitable for both low-and high-frequency analysis.
