摘要
In the transitional justice processes in Colombia, the reparation of victims has become increasingly important, not only in the political sphere, but also in the economic sphere; the latter being the one that makes it possible to govern the victims. Although it is well known that Foucault s works on justice problematize criminality, his notes on neoliberalism can provide elements to think about the reparation of the victims, as governmentality. In order to analyze the governance technologies developed around this subject-victim, this article sees the victim not only as a subject of rights but also as an economic subject, which makes it possible to assess the value of life itself. For this analysis, some Foucaultian concepts related to the notion of neoliberal governmentality, have been taken as references.
