摘要：
Strategic investment management is in the position of the core in the financial strategy of enterprise. The traditional financial management is met by a challenge from the appearance of the strategic investment. It makes the traditional financial management convert to the strategic investment management. The thesis analyses the shortcomings of the traditional financial index, puts forward the system of the strategic investment evaluation based on BSC.
