The civic society of the post-socialist area

According to the study, the countries of the former socialist bloc maintained identical political systems for at least forty to seventy years, thus the survey on the civil societies of the Central European countries within these frames can point out deeper correspondence than simply comparing them to the Western European countries. Following the comparison, the study takes an attempt to sort and typify the civil societies of the post-socialist states.
