Collaborative evolution of product innovation teams

Evolution is an indubitable phenomenon for products, and sustaining innovation is a propelling factor for the evolution. Product developing team is also a growing organization. The basis for collaborative evolution of team with product innovation is to keep consistent with the product evolution laws, which can enable the team to absorb some of the adaptability-enhance mechanism of products. This paper made analysis to the structure and behavior of product developing team, and discussed the essential features and function modes of an evolutional team from workflow management, resource optimization and team roles assignment. The paper also discussed the mechanism of improving team adaptability and decision-making capacity during the product innovating process.
