Motive for building technology-based small and medium enterprises alliance and route analysis

This thesis has analyzed some regular characteristics of technology-based small and medium enterprises (hereinafter refer-red to as TSME) in their growth process, pointed out that inadequate continuous innovation ability is the bottleneck that constrains the development of TSMEs in the fast changing technical environment. While, as a special organizational type, enterprises' technical alliance is of great importance to enterprises in integrating external technical resource and enhancing their own technical capacity This thesis also investigates into some constraints and obstacles that may come up while technical alliance is established. Finally, the thesis gives policies and recommendations on how to push forward the building of technical alliance of TSMEs at regional level from two aspects of enterprise and government so as to improve TSME's technical innovation ability.
