From the china's macro environment of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (technology-based SEMs) and the opportunities and challenges brought by the resumption of the IPO, we explores the causes of the financing problems of our country's small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the financing problems. This has certain reference significance.
