摘要
In this work a road network design methodology is reported in order to optimise the network configuration. The procedure contributes to solve the network design problem by simulation and by multicriteria analysis, and it considers different indicators relative to users and to the public system manager. The generation of different solutions to analyse is done through genetic procedures. The global model has been applied in different real networks in order to design the present network configuration in presence or absence of exogenous flow perturbations.
