Electronic Information and Education Environment of a Higher Education Institution as an Instrument for Improving the Quality of the Educational Process

摘要
This article describes the need for using new technologies, automated information systems, electronic information and educational resources, in total representing the electronic information and education environment of a higher education institution, in the educational process on the example of a higher education institution of physical culture. Through the use of tools of such an environment, the role of interaction of all subjects of the educational process in ensuring accessibility and improving the quality of education for all categories of citizens, including for student athletes, is revealed. The student athlete, the trainer, the teacher, the group curator, practitioner department specialists, the department of education quality management, the educational scientific center of sports reserve preparation technology, the department of information technology development and administration are subjects of the educational process in the institution. The article reveals the structure and content of the educational environment of the institution. The training and competition environment of the student athlete (educational and training camps, sports trainings, performances, competitions) and the information and education environment represent the complex educational environment of a higher education institution. The electronic information and education environment as a part of the informational and educational environment of the higher education institution includes automated information systems, electronic information resources, information and telecommunication technologies. The automated information systems include the Internet portal of electronic services "Electronic Student and Employee ID Card", the educational process management system on the basis of the software product "1C: University", the schedule output system, the system of training with elements of distance learning technologies, the IRBIS electronic library system, the RUCONTEXT automated plagiarism checker. The electronic information resources include the official site of the institution, the corporate network and the corporate e-mail. The electronic educational resources are the database of electronic educational and methodological complexes of disciplines in the system of distance learning, the database of materials reflecting the various components of the educational process, electronic library systems, open access database resources, classified Internet resources. Only an integrative approach in the use of all components of the electronic information and education environment of the institution and a harmonious interaction of all subjects of the educational process will allow students of different forms of education to get access to high-quality education, to master the educational program, to implement an individual educational trajectory that, in general, is directed to the improvement of the quality of the educational process in a higher education institution.
