摘要：
This essay looks into how the nationalist historical construction contributes to the world's most important cycling competition: the Tour de France. It analyzed several bibliographic sources on the relationship between the Tour de France and modern France's constitution. By way of conclusion, it points out that the competition became a celebration of French nationalist culture, especially in the first half of the 20th century.
