摘要
Objective: A review of the trials evaluating the association of aspirin and metoclopramide in the acute treatment of migraine. Data Sources: The nine trials using the combination of aspirin and metoclopramide found through the MEDLINE and EXCERPTA MEDICA data bases. Data Synthesis: The results of all these studies showed that aspirin associated with metoclopramide is always superior to placebo, superior to dihydroergotamine mesylate, and comparable to oral sumatriptan for headache relief. Conclusion: Aspirin and metoclopramide could be recommended to treat migraine attacks.
