摘要
The faults of central air-conditioning system are usually judged by human experience, which will cause certain lagging even mistake. Once the faults happen in the systems the economic loss is inevitable. So it's meaningful to do some research on fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems for equipment maintenance. This paper analyses the working characteristics of the Refrigerating Unit and the faults of the Screw Chiller rationally, and simulates eight common faults of the Screw Chiller on the experimental platform. According to the data, five parameters are chosen as characteristic parameters for fault detection. The variation of these parameters forms the rules of fault detection. Finally, we developed the application software which could properly detect certain faults based on the results.
