摘要
The author presents results of pedagogical gender-related research that might pertain to judging the quality of individual. schools Possible criteria for ''good schools'' can be found in three school-theoretical dimensions in which gender-related factors play a role: In how far can schools, within the framework of a more: autonomous design of the school profile, counteract stereotypes of sex-role specific behavior? In how far does the school development, with regard to the integration of mothers and fathers, lake into account the necessary changes in traditional gender-specific role patterns? Which measures do schools take in order to ensure an equal participation of male and female teachers in processes of school development?
