摘要：
The initial results of planetary radar experiments carried out by the DLR in collaboration with American and Russian groups are presented. The case and future prospects for a planetary radar project in Europe are reviewed. It is shown that the necessary few-up observations of near-Earth objects such as 1996 JA(1) already exist in Germany. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
