摘要
Pass through more than 20 years, the construction of e-government in china has already obtained the encouraging breakthrough and the remarkable achievement. But there are many problems because the thought of "focus on technology" should not be ignored, which lead the institutional innovation and the technical innovation are not coordinate. Aimed at these problems, this dissertation introduced the IT governance, which is the effective method to realize the institution and technology develop coordinately of e-government, to help the government find the development way in future. At last, this dissertation analyzed and elaborated the key factors of IT governance implemented in e-government.
