摘要
This document addressed a Romanian case for windfarm power output. A Matlab program was constructed, in order to assess the best goodness-of-fit (displacement of speed values from theoretical curves) for the deterministic wind speed. Subsequently, an interface was created, using Labview environment, in order to assess the electric power generation with respect to the instantaneous wind speed values. In the last part, a tool was designed in order to properly assess the CO2 reduction with respect to traditional combustion power-plants.
