摘要
After great achievements of Fordism, lean production and agile manufacturing appeared up without ideal accomplishments. This paper synthesizes the latest researches home and abroad on related relationship investigations, proposing an organic model of environment, organization strategy, organization structure and manufacturing model (ESSM model in brief). This model discerns into the crucial issues of strategy management from an overall, harmonious, and interactive perspective, which will do benefits to strategy formulation and transformation. This model implies that enterprises failed to carry out new manufacturing models for they neglected synergistic effect of both inner and outer environments of the organization. Organization strategy is the antenna to its outer environment, feeling environmental change directly, while environment affects organization structure and manufacturing model indirectly. Organization has to continuously adjust its organization structure and manufacturing model in order to get accustomed to its environment changes and then achieve its strategic goals. Self-organizing affects approaches of evolution of environment and organization. This model will lay solid foundation for related comprehensive research and enterprise operation.
