摘要
The Ru2Al5 phase which cannot be easily obtained appeared accidentally in all Al-79:Ru-21 samples after mechanical alloying and subsequent heat treatment at 550 degrees C and disappeared at 700 degrees C for 2 h. The samples were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction, electron probe micro-analyzer and differential scanning calorimeter. The results showed that the phase transformation temperature of sample milled for 50 h was 100 degrees C lower than that milled for 20 h and the participation of ethanol as the process control agent in alloying increased the formation potential of Ru2Al5.
