摘要：
The connotation of knowledge management and each phase of technology innovation are analyzed in this dissertation, pointing out the essence of both knowledge management and technology innovation is creating new knowledge. The effective selection of enterprise technology innovation mode is one of the key links to decide the success or failure of innovation. From the point of view of knowledge management, the technology innovation mode of enterprise is researched in accordance with the four dimensionalities of innovative knowledge, namely, knowledge width, knowledge depth, knowledge urgency and knowledge significance, and the selecting model of enterprise technology innovation modes is put forward based on knowledge management.
