摘要
This paper is based on the reconstruction and expansion project of integrated information platform of a large oil depot in Pingshuo company, in order to solve the problems of low automation level, non-uniform data structure and independent operation of the traditional supervisory system for finished oil depots, a set of integrated supervisory system for finished oil depots based on Mitsubishi PLC and KingSCADA is designed. In this system, PLC is used as the field controller, and CC-link IE Control redundant double-loop optical fiber is used to realize the communication and data transmission between PLC and other equipment, at the same time, the double-Server redundancy design, Dual IOServer redundancy and PLC control system redundancy are used to ensure the stability and security of the system. The system realizes the functions of production process control, Operation Monitoring, oil metering, security monitoring, fault diagnosis, alarm and data processing, etc., the stability and automatic monitoring level of oil depot monitoring system are improved.
