摘要
Positron annihilation measurements have been used to follow the recovery stages in the temperature range 77-500 K in an Mg-23at.%Li alloy after electron irradiation at 77 K. Two annealing stages were found in the temperature ranges 77-175 K and 180-275 K, attributed to the annealing of vacancies and break up of vacancy agglomerates respectively.
