摘要：
Exudative retinal detachment as the initial presentation of retinop-athy of prematurity is extremely rare. We present 2 such cases with extensive subretinal exudation, ischemia and exudative retinal detachment. Both were managed successfully with a combination of intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injection and laser photocoagulation.
