摘要
In connection with the constant criticism of construction projects due to deficits in the fulfilment of project objectives, the integrated project delivery model with multiparty contracts, which was developed in the international environment and is used for complex projects, is also attracting increasing attention in Germany. The question of the advantages of these models compared to conventional and partnership-based forms of project delivery has not yet been sufficiently studied scientifically - increases in effectiveness, process stability and economic efficiency are expected. The presented article takes up this question and examines the extent to which integrated project delivery models can affect the effectiveness of the work of project teams relative to conventional and partnership-based delivery models. To this end, it analyzes scientific findings from organizational psychology on work organizational and psychological influences and derives assessments regarding the achievement of effectiveness gains.
