摘要：
CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME (CTS) has been described as the most common compressive neuropathy of the upper extremity. Conservative chiropractic care is appropriate in many of these cases. A proper history and diagnostic testing is essential in the effective management of CTS. This paper presents the results of a literature review of the diagnostic procedures currently used to assess CTS and has been designed to serve as a quick reference guide for practicing clinicians.
