摘要
X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and magnetic measurements were used to study the effect of isothermal annealing on the structure and magnetic properties of Co100-xPx(4 < x < 16) films. The structure and magnetic properties of the annealed films were found to be affected not only by the phosphorus content, but also by the nonequilibrium crystallization due to the pulsed mode of deposition.
