The Influence of Environmental Regulation to Chinese Enterprises' International Competitiveness

In recent years, Chinese enterprises' international competitiveness enhances rapidly, but the conflict between trade and environment is increasingly prominent. Countries around the world have established their own environmental standards, and have strengthened the international Competitiveness of domestic enterprises through the environment regulation. From the theory of environmental regulation to the enterprises' international competitiveness, the paper makes an analysis of the impact of environmental regulation to our country enterprises' international competitiveness respectively from the aspects of enterprise cost, technology innovation and green marketing, and put forward related suggestions and countermeasures such as the use of environmental regulation to improve international competitiveness of China's enterprises.
