摘要
With the continuous expansion of the scale of urban rail transit network, operation management is facing great challenges. This paper analyzes the internal relations between the factors of accident causes based on the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), and obtains the direct factors, indirect factors and deep level factors that affect the safety of urban rail transit operation. The evaluation index of urban rail transit operation safety is set up, and the weight of each index is determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Method, thus the evaluation system of urban rail transit operation safety is established, and the system risk index is synthetically evaluated. Taking Beijing Metro as a case, the safety evaluation system is verified.
